1. Ownership

Architect Lexicon (the “App”), including its name, logo, design, content, code,
features, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Sudarson Sam
and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. App Content

All content within the Architect Lexicon app is protected, including but not limited to:

  • Architecture term definitions and descriptions written or curated by the developer
  • App design, user interface, icons, and graphics
  • Source code and software logic
  • Category structures, taxonomies, and data organisation
  • The “Architect Lexicon” name and branding

3. User-Generated Content

When you contribute definitions, images, ratings, or other content to Architect Lexicon,
you retain ownership of that content. However, by submitting content, you grant
Sudarson Sam a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display,
reproduce, and distribute your contribution within the App and related services.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own original work and does not infringe
upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Third-Party Content

Architect Lexicon may reference or display content from third-party sources for educational
and informational purposes. Such content remains the property of its respective owners.
We do not claim ownership over any third-party materials. Where required, appropriate
attribution is provided.

Third-party services integrated into the App include:

  • Firebase (Google LLC) – Authentication, database, and storage services
  • Google Sign-In (Google LLC) – OAuth authentication

These services are subject to their own terms and copyright policies. Please refer to
Google’s Terms of Service for more information.

5. Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Browse, search, and bookmark architecture terms for your own reference
  • Share links to the App or its App Store listing
  • Contribute definitions and images as described in the App’s contribution guidelines

6. Prohibited Use

You are not permitted to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App’s content, code, or design without prior written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
  • Use the App’s content for commercial purposes without authorisation
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within the App
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the App
  • Create derivative works based on the App without written consent

7. Trademarks

Architect Lexicon and the associated logo are trademarks of Sudarson Sam.
They may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written permission.
All other trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned in the App belong to
their respective owners.

8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe that any content within Architect Lexicon infringes upon your copyright,
please notify us by sending a written notice to:

  1. Your full name and contact information
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The specific location (screen or section) within the App where the infringing content appears
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

We will review all valid notices and respond within 14 business days.

9. Disclaimer

The architecture definitions and educational content provided in this App are for
informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties
regarding the completeness or correctness of any definition. Always verify critical
architectural information with qualified professionals.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Copyright Notice from time to time. Any changes will be reflected
by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App
after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated notice.
