WWW WEDNESDAY #89

Sam is currently hosting WWW Wednesday from Taking On A World of Words. Last year I finished my targeted reading challenge but couldn’t update in my WWWs. I am hoping to keep a track of book reading and reviews this year from this week.

The Three Ws are:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently reading:

Another productivity book is now on my reading list. It is true that most of the things are about mindset. It’s a small book. It could be a quick read. But the book gives a lot of information to practice and execute in order to change one’s mindset and life. I have finished 51% so far.

This fiction is quite interesting. It’s dramatic, entertaining and pathetic too. It’s keeping me at the edge of the seat. So I am pretty sure, I will finish this sooner than expected.

Finished reading:

This book is too real to be a fiction. An author facing challenges in book publishing industry caught up in a rival friend’s death. How the protagonist use the opportunity and how her life goes on is the rest of the plot, At one point the story becomes predictable but there comes a twist which is again slightly predictable too.

A historical fiction in Tamil with historical context to the time period of the King Sundara Pandian. Though it covers about the ongoing issue for the successor to the king, the plot focuses only about the arrival and return of the historical writer Wahib.

To Be Read

I am hoping to read another self-help book next.
