I bought this book purely out of a curiosity for the book title. I have started with the introduction of this book and it feels like simple psychological and social studies and explanations are way too technical for lay. From the word ‘Game’ the book concept is beginning with a relationship example. The first example the author has presented is a married couple’s usual phenomenon. Now the book sounds interesting to me. It’s just humans’ conversation and reasons and emotions behind it all is called Game. I can see the book title to be so apt for it’s content too. I am curious to find more games that we socially play as a part of our life and communication. I have completed the first part of the book and have begun with the second part – Thesaurus of Games. Human tendency to act over different situations make sense here.
