Days and nights of inconvenience,
Accompanied by
little kicks of joy then and there,
Craving for your presence,
Dreaming of holding you,
Fancying your smell,
Longing for your love,
Wishing your warmth,
Yearning to see you,
Ultimately,
I only gasped,
when you’re born.

I have written this poem with my heart as a response to the dVerse Quadrille challenge. Simple rules: A poem of 44 words is to be written and one word in it must be gasp.
