Currently reading:
I bought this book purely out of a curiosity for the book title. I have started with the introduction of this book and it feels like simple psychological and social studies and explanations are way too technical for lay. So I wasn’t sure if I should continue reading. Still, I thought of giving it some time and read few more pages. There’s a slight hope now that I could understand a bit. Now only from the word ‘Game’ the book concept is beginning with a relationship example. I hope it’s going to be interesting.
Finished reading:
The author James Allen’s whole and parts of 4 works – AS A MAN THINKETH, FROM PASSION TO PEACE, MAN: KING OF MIND,BODY AND CIRCUMSTANCE, FOUNDATION STONESTO HAPPINESSAND SUCCESS are compiled into one as Be your own sunshine. It is all about how our thoughts influence our actions, our character, our peace of mind and our deeds that we reap and sow. As it’s a classical piece of work, understanding the author’s writing style and language takes up a little time for some readers like me to catch up. One who loves to become a better version of self with an open mind will certainly take up a lot of good things from this book. It’s so deep.
