Currently reading:
The author Morgan Housel has worked on the New York journal’s column for economy. With his collective research knowledge, he has developed this book. His 20 research topic is the 20 chapters of this book. As I don’t have an economy or commerce major, I have difficulty understanding few technical words. Sometimes it feels like the author is making a simple fact into something big.. sometimes it feels like even such a small fact brings out a huge change.. so far I have one strong opinion that the author could’ve made certain things in simpler terms. I found 9th & 10th chapter interesting as I also have a similar perspective it was easy to understand. 10 more chapters to go to conclude my thoughts on this book.
I bought this book purely out of a curiosity for the book title. I have started with the introduction of this book and it feels like simple psychological and social studies and explanations are way too technical for lay. So I wasn’t sure if I should continue reading. Still, I thought of giving it some time and read few more pages. There’s a slight hope now that I could understand a bit. Let me see how this goes further and will update next week.
